Crew Raises More Than $26,000 to Support the Ronald McDonald House

Since 2004, McDonald's Owner/Operators Edie & George Lydick and Scott Lydick have generously set aside 25 plus parking spaces at their St. Johns Street location raising more than $26,000. With a $10 donation to the Ronald McDonald House, fans who are attending a Portland Sea Dogs home baseball game can park their cars. The Lydicks along with store manager Troy Demers coordinate scheduling with their crew and Ronald McDonald House Volunteers to be on hand for each game. This is a win-win effort for all involved as it raises vital funds to support families who stay at the House and fans get a premier parking spot right across the street from Hadlock Field.
